Service Contracts
Contracts are written on how many endpoints(PC/Laptops) you want us to service. List price is 189.00 per endpoint. Discounts will be given for more than 5 endpoints.
Patch Management
We will be managing your Microsoft updates. Most cyber attacks take place on equipment that is not updated.

How Long are the service contracts?
The typical service contract is 1 year. However the contracts can be cancelled at any time. If you are unhappy with the service you can cancel your contract.
How do we get started?

How long does it take to fix my IT issues?
The time it takes to solve your IT issues would depend on the type of issue. The Service Level Agreement build into our contracts is 1 hour response time to all support tickets and a 72 hour resolution time. Most issues are resolved with in the first hour.
